Job Descriptions:
- Handling customer problems or complaints for all existing products/services, both external and internal
- Assist in the provision and preparation of the development environment
- Coordination with principals, both related to handling problems or system update needs
- Carry out the testing function for each update that will be given to customers
- Provide regular reports regarding service performance to be submitted to management or to customers if necessary
Qualifications required :
- Bachelor’s degree in System Information, Electro related major from reputable university
- At least 2 years in operational of Switching Application such as: Base24, ON/2, Postillion, BPC or others
- Oracle database handling
- Have experience developing java based applications
- Mastering Oracle database. Mastering as DBA is an advantage
- Mastering Java, Java Script
- Have an understanding of Switching applications
- Self-motivated, self-learner and innovative
- Willing to take new responsibilities
- Willing to learn new technologies
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful in finding solution
- Hard worker
